Fees and attendance policy for the proposed service
As a small business, I would nicely ask parents to pay the administration fees in advance before fill-in any contract or paperwork.
For payments parents have next choices:
Deposit of 4 weeks, then parents pay as they go; per week or per day.
Pay in advance per month
Note: For the short-term agreements to pay a deposit of one week then pay per day.
or to pay the full amount of agreement in advance

Attendance:
· · If a child attends my childcare services and for any reason they fail to turn up, or contact me, I will phone the parents after 15 minutes. If I cannot reach them, I will then contact their emergency numbers to find out the reason for the child’s absence . If I can reach none, then it is my duty to contact Social Services to ask for their advice and assistance.
· Any cancellation for any reason parents should inform me at least 4 weeks or my full fees would be applied.
· If the cancellation for illness please inform me at least 48 hours and I will apply my minimum hours fees.
· For disagreed Holidays parents full fees will be applied
· This policy may change or be updated at any point depending on my service needs and if legislation is updated, it will also be reviewed at least once a year.
